Health is Bliss

Health is bliss, wholesomeness, flowing energy, in total harmony. Healing is the process of un-blocking, rebalancing, and/or boosting of the energy throughout the organism. Ultimately most all dis-ease is caused by a blockage or imbalance in the core energy body. Usually brought on when one part of system tries to dominate the organism at the expense of other parts or the whole. There’s wisdom in knowing that practitioners can only assist, direct, and allow, to lend a helping hand, in aiding your being to heal itself. Understanding all forms of healing or therapy, regardless of the system or orientation, have three basic ingredients: suggestion, belief, and energy transformation. In every healing situation, there is implicit or explicit suggestion, be it through training, uniforms, degrees, or ritual, that the person or practitioner has the power and the ability to create a change. Second, there must be a conscious or unconscious belief on the part of the participants that the patient will get better. Finally, and most important, there must be an exchange of energy. If any of these elements are missing in any form of therapy, usually there will be little or no results. If you can be open and receptive, you will find there are many different methods for wholeness, synthesis, self-regulation, cleansing, rebalancing, and deconditioning. Also, many self-healing methods can be simple and effective. Such as improving circulation to create a constant state of energy flow. Try this self-healing breathing exercise: For 5 to 10 minutes breathe randomly in and out through the nostrils while walking around the room. For 5 to 10 minutes move around the room in whatever manner you are moved to. Allow your arms and legs the freedom to take over. Allow the sounds within you to do the same. Move as fast or as slow as you need to, make as much or as little noise in whatever way you need to. For 5 to 10 minutes with your arms raised, elbows even with your head, jump up and down, landing on your heels, each time you come down, make the sound WOO. After, take some time to allow this experience to settle within you. This exercise may bring out suppressed feelings that need to be let out so that your energy can flow free.
